Unmasked: A Celebration of Autism & Neurodiversity

If you know an individual with autism or another neurodiversity who deserves to be celebrated, I invite you to nominate them for consideration.

To nominate yourself or someone else:

1. Fill out this form completely. 

• The person's name, age, and town where they live.
• Any affiliation/participation with local Autism groups.
• A brief description of the nominee's background and their journey with Autism or other neurodiversity.

2. Optional: You may also send a picture of the person being nominated in a separate email.

3. Deadline: Rolling through 2025 for 2026 exhbit.

A team will review all nominations carefully, considering each nominee's story. While they may not be able to accommodate every nomination due to space limitations, we deeply appreciate your efforts in helping us celebrate Autism and Neurodiversity in our community.

Those who are chosen will be contacted the second week in February. As a thank you for their participation they will receive their professional image.
