Welcome to Kaitlyn Litchfield Photography. By booking a session, using our services, or browsing this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

• A non-refundable retainer is due at the time of booking to secure your session date and time.
• The remaining balance is due no later than the day of your scheduled session.
• Payments can be made via cash, check, or Venmo.

• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. The retainer can be transferred to a new date once.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows forfeit the retainer and require a new booking.

• Please arrive on time and ready for your session. Time lost due to lateness may not be made up.
• Kaitlyn Litchfield Photography is not responsible for uncooperative subjects or weather conditions, but every effort will be made to work around challenges.

What's Included in Standard Editing:

All delivered images will be edited in Kaitlyn’s signature style. This includes:

• Color correction
• Exposure adjustments
• Contrast and sharpness enhancements
• Cropping and composition tweaks
• Light skin smoothing and blemish removal (minor)
• Removal of small distractions (e.g., litter, unwanted subjects in the background, basic hair fixing)

Standard editing is applied to all final, high-resolution digital images included in your package. You will receive only the final edited versions—raw or unedited images are not provided under any circumstance.

Advanced Editing (Available Upon Request. Additional Fees Apply)

Advanced edits go beyond standard retouching and are quoted individually based on complexity. This may include but are not limited to:

• Extensive skin retouching or body reshaping
• Head swaps, eye opening, eye gaze shifting
• Background replacement or heavy object removal
• Removing subjects from the photo
• Braces removal or significant wardrobe fixes
• Adding artistic overlays or composites

Advanced editing starts at $150/hour but pricing may vary based on the request.

• Standard galleries are delivered within 2–3 weeks from the session date unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Weddings are delivered within 12 weeks.
• Rush editing may be available for an additional fee—please inquire in advance.

• Final images will be delivered via a private online gallery.
• Digital downloads are included in your package unless otherwise specified.
• Kaitlyn Litchfield Photography retains the copyright to all images and may use them for portfolio, website, social media, or promotional purposes. Clients may opt out of model release upon request.
• Raw and unedited images are not provided under any circumstances

• Clients receive a print release for personal use only.
• Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
• Please do not apply filters or additional edits (including Instagram or social media filters) to the photos when sharing online. Each image reflects Kaitlyn Litchfield Photography’s professional work and brand style.
• When sharing on social media, tagging or crediting @KaitLitchPhoto is always appreciated! It helps support small business and allows others to discover your beautiful images.

• While every reasonable effort will be made to deliver outstanding images, Kaitlyn Litchfield Photography is not liable for circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to equipment failure, weather, or acts of God. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the session.

• By booking a session or using this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
